Lunedì 5 maggio Gretel & Hansel ospiti a geeks

Gretel e Hansel nasce nel 2006 come un progetto musicale ispirato alla psichedelia della seconda meta' degli anni 60.
Gruppi come Moby Grape, Electric Prunes e The Pretty Things sono il carburante per la sperimentazione dei GeH che li porta a plasmare il loro suono. Il tassello finale e' l'inizio della stesura dei primi pezzi dove, nonostante alcune digressioni psichedeliche care ai primi Floyd capitanati da Syd Barrett, non viene mai abbandonata la forma canzone piu' canonica.

Questo intruglio di riff. bambineschi, chitarre taglienti e metriche stralunate da vita, nell'inverno del 2006, ad un ep dal titolo : Captain Bangalore against the peacocks : 6 tracce che ben rendono l'immaginario della band.
Dopo un annetto di discreta attivita' live e un'altra piccola apparizione nel progetto VEGETABLE MAN con la cover omonima edito da Yellow shoes , i Gretel e Hansel portano alla luce il loro primo lavoro sulla lunga distanza : FOLLOW THE PORCUPINE, ma qui ci fermiamo, perchè entra in gioco anche il Madcap Collective, e non è ancora tempo di svelare tutto...
